OLTD 511 Major Project Written Proposal

 

TLA Online Project-based Learning Blended Program 

This project represents a culmination of the readings, discussion, and reflections that have taken place over the past six weeks. The blended program I am proposing integrates elements of flipped, individual-rotation and station-rotation model into a grades 8-9 classroom. Through this project, I have been challenged to reflect on our current practices and looked at ways to improve and build on our existing blended learning program. I believe the majority of schools will be operating a blended model of some sort in the very near future. The knowledge we have gained is invaluable and proved to be a practical exercise for me where TLA Online will be implementing the ideas of this proposal for the 2016-2017 school year. I am eager to get the planning process started, and we are already in the process of assembling our team.
