Where do I want to get to?

It is somewhat difficult to project where my overall journey will take me, but there are goals I am striving toward. For starters, my ambition is to have a thumb on the pulse on the state of online learning and educational technology. This involves growing through further studies, participating in communities of learning and maintaining a personal interest in this field of studies. Further to this, my goal is the practical application of what I am learning in the classroom and shaping the programs I am part of. My responsibility at this time is creating opportunities for learning that take the best of online education and classroom instructon in a blended model. Currently I am serving as an administrator (vice-principal) in a distributed learning school, but down the road, I am interested in post-secondary instruction and delving further into the study and research of educational technology.
